耳穴贴压配合中医护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者高血压影响 　　【摘要】目的 探讨探究耳穴贴压配合中医护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者高血压的影响。方法 本科室自2014年4月成立以来目前共收治糖尿病性肾病患者24例，随即将其分为对照组和观察组，每组患者17例。对照组患者行常规服用降压药进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行耳穴贴压配合中医护理进行治疗，对比两种治疗方法对于患者疗效以及高血压的影响情况。结果 通过一段时间的治疗之后，观察组患者的有效率为83.3%，对照组患者的有效率为58.3%，同时观察组患者的高血压症状如心律失常、头晕恶心、心力衰竭等并发症的发生率均低于对照组。两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义，P0.05。结论 耳穴贴压配合中医护理能有效降低糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的高血压，使患者的并发症的发生率大大降低，提高患者的生活质量。 　　【关键词】耳穴贴压；中医护理；糖尿病肾病；高血压 　　【中图分类号】R472，R248 【文献标识码】A 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of auricular plaster and explore the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on hypertension in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods in our department since 2014April since the establishment of the present 24 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy， then they were divided into the control group and the observation group， 17 cases in each group of patients. Patients in the control group received conventional antihypertensive drug treatment， the observation group patients in the control group on the basis of auricular acupuncture with TCM nursing treatment， comparison of the two treatmentfor patients with hypertension curative effect and the influence of the situation. Results after a period of treatment， patients in the observation group businesslike for 83.3% patients in the control group， the effective rate was 58.3%， while the observation group of patients with hypertensivesymptoms such as complication of arrhythmia， dizziness and nausea， the incidence of heart failure was lower than the control group. Statistically significant differences between the two groups of data comparison， P0.05. Conclusion Auricular Plaster Therapy Combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively reduce the hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy hypertension， the incidence of complications in patients with decreased greatly， improve the quality of life of patients. 　　【Key words】Auricular Plaster Therapy； Nursing of traditional Chinese medicine； Diabetic nephropathy； Hy
