艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌效果分析 　　 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果，为临床提供参考依据。 方法 选择本院2009年11月～2012年11月收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，以住院单双号分为研究组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用GP方案治疗，研究组采用艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗，比较两组的临床效果。 结果 研究组的总有效率、临床收益率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的Karnofsky评分提高率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果显著，可大幅度改善患者的生活质量，减小GP单独使用的毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 艾迪注射液；吉西他滨；顺铂；非小细胞肺癌 　　[中图分类号] R734.2[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（c）-0084-03 　　 　　Curative effects analysis of aidi injection combined with GP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer 　　CHEN Yu-rong1 WANG Wen-zhong2 　　1.Department of Pharmacy,Songgang People′s Hospital of Baoan District in Shenzhen City,ShenZhen 518105,China;2.Department of Medicine,Songgang People′s Hospital of Baoan District in Shenzhen City,ShenZhen 518105,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate curative effects of aidi injection combined with GP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in order to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2009 to November 2012 were selected as the subjects and divided into experimental group and control group according to odd or even hospital number,with 40 cases in each group.GP regimen was used in control group,aidi injection combined with GP regimen were used in experimental group.Clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results Total efficiency rate,clinical benefit rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Karnofsky score increased rate in experimental group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).
