补肾扶脾养血汤佐治肾虚型月经病效果及对患者生殖激素水平和凝血状态影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究补肾扶脾养血汤佐治肾虚型月经病的效果及对患者生殖激素水平和凝血状态的影响。 方法 ??2016年1～12月间我院收治的60例肾虚型月经病患者作为本次研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，30位患者采用雌激素疗法治疗（对照组），30位在对照组基础上加以补肾扶脾养血汤治疗（研究组），观察比较两组患者临床疗效、生殖激素水平和凝血状态。 结果 研究组临床有效率（93.33%）显著优于对照组（73.33%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后两组患者E2、T、LH及FSH指标均显著升高，且研究组较对照组升高显著（P0.05）。治疗后两组患者Fib、Vwf及Ps指标均显著下降，且研究组较对照组下降显著（P0.05）。结论 在肾虚型月经病患者治疗中选择补肾扶脾养血汤可使患者生殖激素水平和凝血状态得到显著改善，提高患者临床疗效，值得在临床上推广使用。 　　[关键词] 补肾扶脾养血汤；肾虚型月经病；生殖激素；凝血状态 　　[中图分类号] R271.11 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-73-04 　　Effect of tonifying kidney and supporting spleen and nourishing blood decoction in adjunctive treatment of kidney-deficiency emmeniopathy and its effect on reproductive hormone level and coagulation state 　　GUAN Leng 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics， Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Guangdong， Maoming 525000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research effect of tonifying kidney and supporting spleen and nourishing blood decoction in adjunctive treatment of kidney-deficiency emmeniopathy and its effect on reproductive hormone level and coagulation state.
