变应性鼻炎中医药防治优势方案研究-中医五官科学专业论文.docx

成都中医药大学 成都中医药大学 2007 级硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 1 中 文 摘 要 目的 ： 充分发挥中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的特色优势，从治疗临床最 常见的变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证型的多种方案中筛选出一套优势方案。便 于在城乡基层医院推广中医药治疗临床诊疗方案（成本低廉、安全有效、 便于掌握 ）。 方法 ： 选取 肺气虚寒型 120 例 常年 变应性鼻炎 （ perenn ial allergic rhinitis ， PAR）患者 ，按照随机、对照非盲法研究的临床试验方法原则， 将试验分为 A、B、C 三治疗组和对照组 D，共 四组 ，以筛选出优势方案。 A 、B、C 三组给予中药芪术汤加减内服 28 天 ，外治法分别 以 药液雾化吸 入法、 推拿法、下鼻甲注射法治疗 7 天；对照组 D 口服氯雷他定及雷诺 考特喷鼻，用药 28 天。 结果 ：治疗 28 天后 ，A、B、C、D 四组症状体征均都得到明显改善 。 治疗有效率 86.67%、 82.76%、 90.00% 和 68.97%， ?2 =18.204 ， p0.05 ， 各组疗效不完全相同。运用 N emenyi 秩和检验 ， PCD 0.05 ，两组疗效差 异有统计学意义 ， C 组疗效优于 D 组； P CA 0.05 ，两组疗效差异有统计 学意义， C 组疗效优于 A 组； P CB0.05，两组疗效差异有统计学意义， C 组疗效优于 B 组 。 结论 ： 此项研究显示， 在辨证施治基础上运用 芪术汤 辅以 外治法治 疗 肺气虚寒型 PAR 具有简便易行，疗效确切，副作用小，经济实惠，病 人无痛苦， 尤其是中药 芪术汤 加下鼻甲注射法方案， 充分发挥了中医药 治疗 PAR 的优势，适合在基层医院推广应用。 关键词：变应性鼻炎 中医药 芪术汤 优势方案 Absrtact Objiectives : The full display Chinese medicine treatment allergy rhinitiss characteristic superiority, screens a set of superiority plan from treatment clinical most common allergy rhinitis lung lacking in vital energy cold cards many kinds of plans.
