With the development of tennis, tennis culture is formed, whose development not only promotes the mass sports and spiritual civilization construction, facilitates the economic development and international contact to some extent, but also has positive effects on promoting the national development, creating the cultural atmosphere and motivating the social harmony. This article starts with the research on the basic concept and development skeleton of tennis culture, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the campus tennis culture, conducts the questionnaire surveys and interview surveys in 15 universities in Beijing where the tennis develops better to analyze and study the construction and development status of tennis culture in Beijing universities, summarizes the opinions of many specialists and puts forward its own suggestions on the cultivation and development of campus tennis culture in Beijing universities, hoping it will have promotive impact on the development and construction of the tennis culture in Beijing or even national universities. The research results indicate that: University campus tennis culture is an important component of sport culture in national universities and a kind of culture taking the university students as the main part participating in the tennis and the university campus as the place to develop tennis, aiming at improving the physical quality, cultural cultivation and comprehensive ability of the university students and reflecting the ideas, value orientation and behavioral specification.
