北京体育大学现役运动员培养模式研究 北京体育大学现役运动员培养模式研究 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT With the development of contemporary competitive sports, competitions not only including scientific innovations, technologies, conditioning status and intelligence level, but also encompass competitions within the stage of education. The development of Chinese competitive sports highly depends on high quality sports professional personnel education. Although the traditional cultivation methods had helped Chinese sport tremendously, the world contemporary competitive sports called for a much demanding requirements which are not only possess high culture quality but also good at their own sports event. Currently, some drawbacks within the cultivation system have impeded the Chinese competitive sports development. As the only one sports major key national university in China, the Beijing Sport University has developed modes to cultivate Chinese elite athletes through years of hard working. In the new historical period, this training mode is not perfect, how to improve this model to produce better effects is what this research plan to explore. This study using literature data, questionnaire, expert interviews, statistics methods, want to exam the cultivation mode of Chinese elite athletes from vertical time perspective, analyze problems those athlete students confront with and finally come up with a better solution. Conclusions： 1． It is the controversy between training and academic study that impede the successful cultivation of Chinese athletes. This controversy is still prevalent within the current Chinese athletes’ cultivation system. The key to this is to reform the cultivation mode, establishing new mode that could solve the controversy.
