Generally poor physical fitness is an interdisciplinary majors notable features. students interest in athletics lesson little enthusiasm is not high school. Over time, students will deepen prejudices Track and Field Course. In this paper, based on training objectives disciplines students by adjusting the teaching content, using a variety of reasonable exercise methods and means to improve students basic activities of the bodys ability to meet the students body shape and movement quality requirements. Upon completion of track and field course on basic teaching objectives, teaching content reform of athletics reasonable suggestions. In this paper questionnaire, literature, interviews, observation, experiment and other research methods, on the track and field disciplines teaching content system design, aims to explore to meet the needs of students athletics disciplines teaching content to better play athletics programs should function. In the case of reserved track and field teaching skills syllabus content unchanged, to outline made the appropriate changes in the teaching content added some fitness, fun, collaborative development of basic physical activity (walking, running, jumping, investment , climb, crawl) and physical exercises designed to improve students physical fitness, change students perceptions of athletics lesson. In this study, students in the 2011 academic commence a period of one semester. Measured by the experimental data and the results of the survey statistics, the following conclusions: (1) The experimental results show that, compared with that in comparative classes, the teaching content of track and field teaching experiment makes students of sit-ups, push-ups, standing before body bends increase si
