规范化护理配合在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨规范化护理配合在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。 方法 选取本院2014年3月～2015年5月腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的患者162例，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各81例，对照组实施常规护理配合，观察组在常规护理配合基础上实施规范化护理配合，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量及医生满意度、患者满意度。 结果 观察组手术时间（168.5±28.3）min明显短于对照组的（192.6±31.9）min，术中出血量观察组（88.4±9.7）ml明显少于对照组的（98.5±12.8）ml，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组医生满意度、患者满意度分别为97.5%、100%均高于对照组的81.5%、77.8%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 规范化护理配合可显著提高腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的护理配合质量，缩短手术时间，减少出血量，提高医生、患者的满意度。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；直肠癌根治术；规范化护理；手术配合；效果 　　[中图分类号] R735.3+7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（c）-0176-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effects of standardized nursing cooperation in laparoscopic radical rectectomy. Methods 162 conducted radical rectectomy under laparoscopic from March 2014 to May 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method， and each group was 81 cases.Patients in control group were given routine nursing cooperation，and patients in observation group were given standardized nursing cooperation on the basis of routine nursing cooperation.The operation time，bleeding during operation and the satisfaction of doctors and patients in two groups were compared. Results The operation time in observation group was （168.5±28.3）min，obvious shorter than that was （192.6±31.9）min in control group；the bleeding during operation was （88.4±9.7）ml，obvious less than that was （98.5±12.8）ml in control group，and the difference was statistical significance （P0.05）.The satisfaction of doctors and patients in observation group were respectively 97.5% and 100%，both were higher than that were respectively 81.5% and 77.8% in control group，and the difference was statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Standardized nursing cooperation can enhance the nursing cooperation quality of radical rectectomy under laparoscopic obviously，shorter operation time， reduce bleeding volume and the satisfaction of doctors and patients. 　　[Key words] Laparoscopic；Radical rect
