血清肿瘤标志物CA153CEACA125CYFRA211联合检测对乳腺癌早期诊断意义 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、CA125、CYFRA211联合检测对乳腺癌早期诊断的意义。方法 采用电化学发光免疫分析法， 检测已经确诊的135例乳腺癌患者（乳腺癌组）， 50例乳腺良性疾病患者（乳腺良性疾病组）以及30例健康体检的正常女性（正常对照组）血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、CA125、CYFRA211水平， 并分析比较其阳性检出率、敏感度和特异性。结果 乳腺癌组血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、CA125、CYFRA211表达水平均显著高于其他两组（P0.05）；乳腺癌组血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、CA125、CYFRA211单项检测和联合检测的阳性检出率均显著高于其他两组（P0.05）；乳腺癌组血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、CA125、CYFRA211联合检测的敏感度为84.4%， 较单项检测有明显提高。结论 血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、CA125、CYFRA211联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感度， 也保持了较好的特异性， 对乳腺癌早期诊断具有重要的意义。 　　【关键词】 肿瘤标志物；CA153；CEA；CA125；CYFRA211；乳腺癌 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of the joint detection of serum tumor markers CA153，CEA，CA125 and CYFRA211 in early diagnosis of mammary cancer. Methods Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method was applied to detect 135 patients with mammary cancer （mammary cancer group）， 50 patients with benign mammary disease （benign mammary disease group）， and 30 healthy female （health control group）. Positive detection rate， sensitivity and specificity were analyzed. Results The serum levels of tumor markers CA153，CEA，CA125 and CYFRA211 in the mammary cancer group were significantly higher than the other two groups（P0.05）. Positive rates of single detection and joint detection of tumor markers CA153，CEA，CA125 and CYFRA211 in mammary cancer group are also higher than two other two groups. The sensitivity of joint detection of serum tumor markers CA153，CEA，CA125 and CYFRA211 in mammary cancer group was 84.4%， which increased significantly compared with single detection（P0.05）.
