* 第 三 讲 尺寸标注2 Dimensioning2 组合体尺寸标注 Composite solid dimensioning 尺寸标注的一些规则 Some conventional rules 常见机件结构尺寸标注 Dimensioning of general features 一、标注尺寸的基本要求 Basic requirements 正确Correct ： 完全Complete ： 要符合国家标准的有关规定。 要标注制造零件所需要的全部尺寸，不遗漏，不重复。 清晰Clear ： 尺寸布置要整齐、清晰，便于阅读。 合理Reasonable： 标注的尺寸要 符合设计及工艺要求。 3.1 标注尺寸的基本要求与规则 Basic requirements for dimensioning ⒉ 以毫米为单位，如采用其它单位时，则必须注明单位名称。Dimensions are given in millimeters without adding mm and the other units should be shown. ⒊ 图中所注尺寸为零件完工后的尺寸。Dimensioning part as it machined completely ⒋ 每个尺寸一般只标注一次，并应标注在最能清晰地反映该结构特征的视图上。Each dimension can be given only once ,generally , and on the view which demonstrate the feature most clearly. 二、标注尺寸的基本规则Basic rules ⒈ 尺寸数值为零件的真实大小，与绘图比例及绘图的准确度无关Dimensions indicate the true size of the object and irrespective of the scale and drawing accuracy. 三、尺寸三要素 Three key elements of a dimension ⒈ 尺寸界线 ⒉ 尺寸线 ⒊ 尺寸数字 C1.5 ?10 C1.5° ?16 20 35 尺寸数字 Text 数字高度3.5毫米 尺寸线 Dimension line 这些间距＞7毫米 最好不超过10毫米。 尺寸界线超出箭头约2毫米 尺寸界线 Extension line ?16 允许Fine ?10 不可以Incorrect 用形体分析法将组合体分解为若干个基本体和简单体，在形体分析的基础上标注三类尺寸。Break down the complex part into basic geometric components , then give three types of dimensions: ⑴ 定形尺寸 Size dimensions 确定各基本体形状和大小的尺寸。 Dimensions which show the shape and sizes of the basic geometric components. ⑵ 定位尺寸 Location dimensions 确定各基本体之间相对位置的尺寸。Dimensions which locate the basic components with each other. 要标注定位尺寸，必须先选定尺寸基准。零件有长、宽、高三个方向的尺寸，每个方向至少要有一个基准。Location dimensions must be measured from properly selected datums.
