The concept of e-government has proposed for a long time,and intergovernmental working more towards on-line paperless office. It is appropriate for low carbon living, but also improve the efficiency of government work. Government information resources as the security and confidentiality, network security of e-government is important. Government information is lost or stolen to be illegal would give rise to serious consequences. Therefore, the security needs of e-government system, we have enough attention. Public key system based on PKI technology applications for the network to provide identity authentication, digital signature authentication, digital encryption and transmission security. CA PKI Certification is an important part of the system. Completed the foundation of PKI functionality. This paper studies the security needs of e-government networks and applications, through an existing government system safety analysis, citing the possible security threats. Study and solve the e-government faced a major information security problems. CA safety certification through the systematic analysis shows that the digital signature algorithm of the comparative study of several major, government system was designed for the use of CA authentication system. Focused on the CA issued the certificate authentication center, certificate check, certificate verification mechanism and the security of e-government technology-related issues.
