针刺四冲穴配合益肾化痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨针刺四冲穴配合益肾化痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的临床效果。方法 分析我院2015年2月～2017年3月收治的80例缺血性脑卒中后失语症患者临床资料，依据治疗措施不同进行分组，每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上，给予针刺四冲穴配合益肾化痰汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的CRRCAE评分，观察两组患者的总有效率、失语症严重程度变化情况。结果 两组患者治疗前表达、命名、朗读、复述评分差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，两组患者表达、命名、朗读、复述评分均高于治疗前，观察组患者治疗后的表达、命名、朗读、复述评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组患者的失语症严重程度优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 针刺四冲穴配合益肾化痰汤治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症，语言能力明显恢复，效果良好，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]针刺四冲穴；益肾化痰汤；缺血性脑卒中；失语症 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（a）-0147-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncturing sichong point combined with Yishen Huatan Decoction treating aphasia after cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods Clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral arterial thrombosis treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 analyzed and patients were divided into the two group by different treatment methods，and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment，while the observation group was given acupuncturing sichong point combined with Yishen Huatan Decoction on the basis of the control group.CRRCAE score of patients in the two group before and after treatment was observed，and the total effective rate and the change of the severity of aphasia were observed in the two groups.Results The expression，name，reading，rehearsal score of patients in the two group were no statistical difference before treatment （P0.05）.After treatment，the expression，name，reading，rehearsal score of patients in the two group were higher than those before treatment，and the expression，name，reading，rehearsal score of patients in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.The severity of aphasia in the observation group was better than that of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion For acupuncturing sichong point combin
