针刺结合游泳训练对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠认知功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探?针刺百会穴结合游泳训练对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠认知功能的影响。 方法 将SD大鼠手术制成右侧大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型，将手术模型成功后的28只大鼠进行神经功能评定及水迷宫测试后按照随机数字表分为模型组、针刺组、游泳组和针游结合组，每组7只；另设假手术组7只。假手术组及模型组不给予任何治疗；针刺组给予百会穴针刺治疗，1次/d；游泳组给予游泳训练，1次/d；针游结合组给予针刺百会穴结合游泳训练，1次/d。共治疗6 d。每天治疗前测量体重进行神经功能评分，治疗6 d后进行水迷宫测试其学习记忆能力，测试结束取脑，采用TUNEL染色观察海马区细胞凋亡情况。 结果 治疗后针刺和游泳治疗无明显交互作用（P 0.05），但针游结合组大鼠神经功能评分低于模型组（P 0.05）；针游结合组大鼠水迷宫穿越平台次数多于模型组（P 0.05）。 结论 针刺结合游泳训练对于大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠认知功能的影响可能优于单纯针刺或游泳，需要更深入的研究探索。 　　[关键词] 大脑中动脉缺血再灌注；大鼠；针刺；游泳训练；Morris水迷宫；海马区；细胞凋亡 　　[中图分类号] R743.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）09（b）-0025-04 　　The influence of acupuncture combined with swimming training for the cognitive function in middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion rats 　　CUI Jiawen MA Shujie CHU Lixi 　　College of Rehabilitation Medicine， Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Shanghai 201203， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture combined with swimming training for the cognitive function in middle cerebral artery ischemia-reperfusion rats.
