铁路编组站仿真作业实训实践教学研究 　　摘要：论文针对高职院校传统的铁路编组站调度指挥实训教学工作的缺点和不足，结合编组站综合管理信息系统在我国铁路编组站现场推广和应用的新形势，指出在高职院校的铁道交通运营管理专业利用编组站综合管理信息系统进行仿真作业实训的必要性和可行性。论文以编组站综合管理信息系统在武汉铁路职业技术学院铁道交通运营管理专业的实训教学应用实践为背景，详细研究了编组站仿真作业的三大作业流程、编组站仿真作业人员的岗位职能以及编组站仿真作业实训教学组织情况。论文最后指出利用编组站综合管理信息系统进行仿真作业实训教学存在的问题和改进建议。 　　Abstract： In view of the shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional teaching practice in higher vocational colleges of dispatching railway marshalling station， combined with the new situation of the application of marshalling station comprehensive management information system in the railway marshalling yard station， this paper pointed out the necessity and feasibility of using marshalling Station comprehensive management information system for simulation operation training in railway management specialty of higher vocational colleges. Based on the application practice of marshalling station comprehensive management information system in the railway transportation operation management specialty of Wuhan Railway Vocational College of Technology， the three processes of marshalling station simulation operation， the job responsibility of the marshalling station simulation operation workers， and marshalling station operation simulation training organization situation are analyzed in detail.
