锁定加压钢板治疗43例四肢骨折疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究与分析锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法 整群选取该院自2011年3月―2015年3月收治的86例经我院诊断为四肢骨折的患者作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为锁定加压钢板组与单纯钢板内固定组，每组各43例。对比两组患者的临床疗效以及手术并发症发生率和四肢功能优良率情况。结果 锁定加压钢板组术后优良率明显高于单纯钢板内固定组，组间相比差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.48，P0.05）；单纯钢板内固定组的总不良反应发生率明显高于锁定加压钢板组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.45，P0.05）。结论 采用锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效突出，相比于传统单纯钢板螺钉内固定术具有诸多优势，可作为一种理想方法应用于临床工作中。 　　[关键词] 四肢骨折；锁定加压钢板；效果观察 　　[中图分类号] R68 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）10（b）-0057-03 　　Analysis of the Curative Effect of Locking Compression Plate on 43 Cases with Limb Fractures 　　OU Ju-sheng， WEI Ying， CHEN Bao-yao 　　Department of Orthopedics， Guangxi Heshan Peoples Hospital， Heshan， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region， 546506 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods Eighty-six cases diagnosed with limb fractures admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects and divided into locking compression plate group and simple plate internal fixation group with 43 cases in each by random number table method. The clinical efficacy， incidence of surgical complications and good and excellent rate of limb function were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative good and excellent rate of fracture healing was much higher in the locking compression plate group than that in the simple plate internal fixation group with statistically significant difference（χ2=4.48， P0.05）. The overall incidence of adverse reactions of the simple plate internal fixation group was obviously higher than that of the locking compression plate group with statistically significant difference（χ2=5.45， P0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of limb fractures， compared with the traditional simple steel plate and screw internal fixation， locking compression plate has more significant clinical efficacy and more advantages， it can be used in the clinical work as an ideal treatment method. 　　[Key words] Limb fr
