骨折创面感染护理方式初步研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探索骨折创面感染的护理方式。方法 随机选取该院在2011年11月―2014年11月期间收治的70例骨折创面感染患者，进行动态随机化分为两组（观察组和对照组），每组有35例患者，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、护理满意度、创面皮肤重生率等指标的变化情况。 结果 观察组患者的骨折愈合时间（1.95±0.59）个月、住院时间（17.02±2.98）d均明显短于对照组（P0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意率（97.14%）明显高于对照组（60.00%），且护理后观察组患者的生活质量评分明显优于对照组（P0.05），观察组患者的创面肉芽组织生长时间（14.36±1.85）d、创面清洁时间（7.25±1.87）d均显著优于对照组，观察组患者的创面皮肤重生率（100.00%）明显优于对照组（65.71%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 优质护理在骨折创面感染患者中效果显著。 　　[关键词] 骨折；创面感染；护理方式；研究 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（c）-0154-04 　　Initial Research on the Nursing Method of Fracture Wound Surface Infection 　　XU Yu-feng 　　Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology， Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Shaoguan， Guangdong Province， 512026 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing method of fracture wound surface infection.
