教育随笔与语文教师专业发展探究分析 2011-03 摘要 教师的成长和专业发展离不开实践探索与理论提升,而理论与实践的有效结合又离不开总结 与反思。撰写教育随笔,是语文教师进行反思总结的灵活而方便的方法。语文教育具有人文性、 渗透性、体验性、情感性的特质,尤其适合用教育随笔来表达语文教师与学生、文本及教学工作 之间的心灵感悟与体会。如果语文教师可以在日常的教育教学中多观察,多思考,通过坚持撰写 教育随笔,一定能够逐渐形成自己的教育思想,促进自己的专业发展。本文从促进语文教师专业 发展的角度,在借鉴他人归纳总结的基础上结合自己的调研分析总结了教育随笔的含义、特点、 内容、撰写原则等。一方面通过问卷的形式对语文教师撰写教育随笔的现状做了调查分析,另一 方面,通过对一些语文教师教育随笔反思内容进行整理分析,归纳了语文教师教育随笔中反思问 题归因的具体表现,并根据反思问题的归因,提出了语文教师撰写教育随笔时须改善的问题。昀 后本文对教育随笔促进语文教师专业发展提出了具体的实践对策:1 采用同伴互助反思的方式;2、 建立学校网络教育叙事平台; 3、学校制定相应的激励制度与措施;针对处于不同发展阶段的语 文教师也提出了不同的发展策略:1、新手教师,创建教育随笔的网络叙事平台;2、职业中期教 师,设立专题教育随笔论坛 3、职业后期教师,成立教育随笔的评价指导委员会。以期能够为语 文教师的专业发展提供具有实际价值的借鉴与参考。 关键词:教育随笔 ,语文教师,专业发展 Abstract Growth of the teacher and professional development is inseparable from practice and theory of ascension, and effective combination of the theory and practice of away from summary and reflectionEducation essays written language teacher reflection, is flexible and convenient summarized the methodChinese education with humanity, permeability, experiential, affective qualities, particularly suitable for use education essays to express Chinese teachers and students, text and teaching work of spiritual awaken and experience between.
