PAGE PAGE 48 摘要 轴承是当代机械设备中一种举足轻重的零部件，它们广泛应用于工业、农业、交通运输、国防、航空航天、家用电器、办公机械和高科技等领域，与国计民生息息相关。轴承产品精度的高低与性能的好坏是靠测量分选来保证的。因此，轴承测量分选技术自身是否先进，将直接影响到轴承产品质量的准确性、可靠性、效率以及工人劳动强度的大小。 在轴承内径测量分选行业的整体上，设备的设计和制造质量与五、六年前相比有了提高，但产品的设计和制造的细节仍需要进行改进,尤其在产品的结构设计的细节的处理上与国外先进公司的产品存在较大的差距。本次毕业设计主要就是在明平美导师的带领下对全自动轴承内径分选装置整体的设计，我本人主要是负责完成全自动轴承内径分选装置的总体设计，并与本组的其他两位同学的设计配合组装成一台完整的装置，并且保证装配后该装置能够很好的实现轴承内径自动测量分选过程。 测量和分选部分是全自动轴承内径分选装置的重要组成部分。测量检测区包括测量平台、固定支架、测量系统、出料气缸、拨料气缸、滑动气缸等部件，分选部分主要是实现把不合格轴承和合格轴承分别运送出测量区。所以，我们要根据待检轴承的内径尺寸分析确定测量区测量平台的长度、宽度等尺寸，选取合适的测量检测系统，根据所需实现的动作设计气压传动原理图，并设计用于实现不同功能的气缸。 关键词：轴承内径， 测量， 分选， 气缸， 拨杆 Abstract Bearing is a kind of important modern machinery parts, which is widely applied in industry, agriculture, transportation, aerospace, defense, household appliances and office machinery and high-tech fields, and Closed relations with the economy . Measuring and sorting is a way of ensuring the bearing products with high precision bearing and good performance .Therefore,whether the bearing measurement technology itself is advanced or not will directly affect the bearing products accuracy, reliability and efficiency ,and the size of the workers Labour intensity. On the whole of the diameter measurements and sort of bearing industry, equipment design and manufacturing quality compared to five or six years ago has been improved, but the product design and manufacturing details are still need to improve, especially in the structural design of the product,there is still has a wide gap with advanced foreign products.The graduation design of myself is mainly responsible for bearing diameter measuring and sorting part of auto bearing diameter of machine design under the tutor of Ming Pingmei . and part of the groups two other students responsible for the other assembles of the machine .After design, this device can realize bearing diameter of automatic measurement and sorting process.
