珠海港的发展策略研究--毕业论文设计.docVIP

摘 要 珠海港地理位置优越，依托经济发达的珠三角地区，紧邻香港和澳门，是珠江口西岸、粤西地区和西江沿岸的便捷出海口。同时，珠海港有着天然的深水条件和丰富的土地资源，是建设深水良港的有利选择。但是经过十几年的发展，珠海港对城市的支撑和带动作用始终没有明显发挥出来。 因此，珠海港应该及时理顺发展思路，结合现阶段发展中存在的主要问题，在积极融入珠三角整体发展的大背景下，如何合理分工定位，开展广泛的港口间合作，是本文研究的主要内容。 基于此，本文的主要章节如下： 引言部分介绍了本文选题背景，明确文章研究目的与意义，并形成了技术路线图；第一章介绍了港口发展的相关理论，总结了与珠海港发展相适应的理论成果，包括港口群理论、港口发展阶段理论、海港区位理论，港口与腹地关系，同时阐述了聚类分析和博弈论的思想，为后文珠海港实行港口间分工合作提供了理论基础；第二章对珠海港发展的内外部环境进行了现状介绍，明确了珠海港发展中的主要问题；第三章运用聚类分析法、博弈论方法和SWOT分析法对珠海港的发展进行了定位；第四章在前文分析的基础上，提出了珠海港的发展策略建议。 关键词：珠海港，聚类分析，博弈论，发展策略 ABSTRACT Zhuhai port has the superior location which relies on the the Pearl River Delta area district that economy developed and it is next to Hongkong and Macao. Zhuhai Port is the outgoing sea port of the Pearl River west bank, Guangdong west districts and West River. Meanwhile, Zhuhai Port is likely to become natural deep-water harbors due to its excellent natural geographic advantages and vast land resources. However, the support function of Zhuhai port to Zhuhai city hasn’t been worked out well during these years. Therefore, Zhuhai Port should organize development strategy promptly and combine with the major problem at the present stage. The main content of this research is to find out that how to make a reasonable division and develop extensive cooperation with other ports in the background of the whole Pearl River Delta area development. According to this purpose, the major chapters of my thesis as follows: The first part is a brief introduction of the background of topic selection , point out research purpose and meaning and developed a technology roadmap; Charpter one introduce relevance theory about the development of ports, summarize some theories about Zhuhai Port such as port cluster theory、Port Development Stage Theory、Harbor location theory，Relationship between the port and hinterland，and elaborate Cluster Analysis and Thoughts on Game Theory, which provide theoretical basis for Specialization and cooperation in Zhuhai port; Chapter two introduce the present out
