高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疾病疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探析高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗治疗小儿上呼吸道感染疾病的临床效果。方法 94例小儿上呼吸道感染患儿， 遵循双盲法分组标准分为参照组与干预组， 各47例。参照组给予生理盐水进行鼻腔冲洗治疗， 干预组给予高渗盐水进行鼻腔冲洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果及临床症状缓解时间。 　　结果 干预组咽痛缓解时间为（3.09±0.26）d、咳嗽缓解时间为（3.36±0.41）d， 退热时间为（2.08±0.30）d， 短于参照组的（3.53±0.32）、（4.26±0.60）、（2.95±0.45）d， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预组治疗总有效率高于参照组， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 高渗盐水鼻腔冲洗安全性高、简单舒适， 不仅可使患儿临床症状以及体征尽快改善， 还广为患儿家属接受， 良好地解决了患儿治疗配合度低的问题， 值得广泛推广于小儿上呼吸道感染临床治疗中。 　　【关键词】 小儿上呼吸道感染；鼻腔冲洗；高渗盐水 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.01.046 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of hypertonic saline nasal irrigation in the treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 94 children with upper respiratory tract infection were divided by double-blind method into control group and intervention group， with 47 cases in each group. The control group received physiological saline for nasal irrigation， and the intervention group received hypertonic saline for nasal irrigation. Comparison were made on treatment effect and clinical symptom remission time between two groups. Results The intervention group had sore throat remission time as （3.09±0.26） d， cough remission time as （3.36±0.41） d， anti-fever time as （2.08±0.30） d， which were all shorter than （3.53±0.32）， （4.26±0.60） and （2.95±0.45） d in the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The intervention group had higher total treatment effective rate than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Hypertonic saline nasal irrigation is safe， simple and comfortable， and can not only improve the clinical symptoms and signs as soon as possible， but also widely accepted by the childrens family. It is a good solution to solve the problem of low coordination of children， and is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment of pediatric upper respiratory tract infection. 　　【Key words】 Pediatric upper respiratory tract infection； Nasal irrigation； H
