湛江甜玉米试验品种产量与品质分析 　　摘 要 分析南方鲜食甜玉米不同品种之间的区域试验产量和品质差异，可为鲜食甜玉米品种选育和种植推广提供理论依据。以11种鲜食甜玉米为区域试验材料和粤甜16号为对照，对其进行产量和品质比较试验，通过甜玉米穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重等经济性状与产量的关联来比较差异，并且以计分形式辨别各品种甜玉米的感官品质和蒸煮品质的差异。结果表明：万鲜甜178的产量最高，为782.5 kg/hm2，比对照增产18.34 %，其余的10个试验组甜玉米品种都比对照组的产量低；各参试品种的综合评价的得分最高的是闽双色4号，其余品种中除泰鲜甜3号外，品质综合评价得分都比对照高。本研究为进一步推进湛江地区甜玉米的选育和种植推广提供了方向，万鲜甜178的产量最高，品尝品质也较好，适合在湛江地区推广种植，闽双色4号的品尝品质最优，但产量不高，可加强该品种产量研究。 　　关键词 甜玉米 ；品质 ；产量 　　中图分类号 S513 　　Yield and Quality of Fresh Sweet Corn in Zhanjiang 　　PANG Qing FENG Enyou TAN Jiazhuang MO Dingming ZOU Wenjie LIANG Tushou 　　（Zhanjiang Academy of Agricultural Science， Zhanjiang，Guangdong 524094） 　　Abstract The analysis of yield and quality difference between different varieties of sweet corn in southern China can provide theoretical basis for breeding and planting of sweet corn varieties. With 11 kinds of fresh sweet corns as regional test materials and YuetianNo.16 as control group， it compares the yield and quality of the test. The differences of yield characters such as ear length， ear diameter， row number， grain number， grain weight and yield of sweet corn were compared for the yield and to identify the scoring form varieties of sweet corn sensory quality and cooking quality difference. The results showed that the highest yield is the Wanxiantian 178 with 782.5 kg/hm2 and 18.34 % higher than CK. The 10 experimental groups of sweet corn varieties in the rest， the yield is lower than the control group. The comprehensive evaluation of the varieties of the highest score is Fujian double color No. 4. In addition to other varieties of Thai sweet 3， the scores of quality comprehensive evaluation were higher than the CK. This study provides a direction for further breeding of sweet corn in Zhanjiang area and planting. Wanxiantian 178 has the highest yield and the taste quality is good so that it is suitable for planting in the Zhanjiang area. Minshuangse No. 4 has the best quality but the yield is not high so it can strengthen the research d
