As the vast majority of small and medium enterprises with small operating scale, less capital holdings and other characteristics exist, making the production and operation of small and medium enterprises need a serious lack of funds, which can only rely on financing to solve the funding related issues. However, these small and medium enterprises are different from the characteristics of other enterprises, resulting in the financing process there are many difficulties and problems, and thus seriously affect and limit the continued operation of SMEs and development. In view of the analysis of the development environment of SMEs, this paper analyzes the present equity trading situation of SMEs, finds out some problems encountered by SMEs in the financing process, and analyzes the reason of these problems, From the perspective of the corresponding improvement of the views, hoping to solve the financing problems of SMEs to provide some help.
