UBDA is a new thing which is emerging since reforming and opening industrialization and urbanization,as a new type building administration,holds the characteristics of socialization,specialization,regularization etc,so UDBA is a new academic problem.By ways of questionnaires,telephone interviews, web data querying and so on,the basic informations of Suzhou City property management companies,such as the scale of the company,management qualification,number of employees,are obtained in the process of Statistics.Furthermore,it focuses on investigating ages distribution situation,degree level,the number of employees who have property managation certificates,source of employ
