本科毕业设计（论文）说明书 PAGE 48 摘要 C6140车床拨叉是典型的叉类零件，是机床操纵机构的重要组成零件之一．工作时，操纵变速操纵杆，通过拨叉拨动主轴箱中的滑移齿轮在轴上移动，实现变速．虽然拨叉不直接参予机床的成形运动，但它的加工质量对机床变速机构的安全可靠性及操作者的劳动强度都有一定的影响。叉类零件刚性差，易产生弯曲变形，加工质量不稳定，生产效率较低。因此设计科学合理的拨叉加工工艺和专用夹具，对保证零件的加工质量、提高生产效率、降低成本、减轻工人的劳动强度都具有重要的意义。 通过拨叉零件工艺和专用夹具的设计，能够进一步加强对学生知识能力与综合素质的培养，尤其是综合设计能力、创新能力、工程实践能力的培养与提高以及重视经济和环境意识的培养。同时也能够使学生在外语运用、计算机应用、文献查阅等方面的技能得以提高，为学生走向社会后独立从事工作打下坚实的基础。 关键词 C6140车床 拨叉 加工 Abstract C6140 lathe fork fork is a typical type of parts, machine tool control is an important component of body parts of one.
