内 容 摘 要 随着快速多变的市场经济以及企业自身的发展，在流水线生产模式下，如何提高生产线的整体效率，减少工序间的在制品，以及追求同步化生产越来越受到企业界和学术界的重视。而生产线的平衡是生产型企业追求的目标，企业通常用平衡率这一量化指标来评价一条流水线的平衡性高低，它在某种程度上决定着企业设备的利用率并且限制着生产线的生产能力提高。 本文在系统地介绍平衡性对企业流水线的重要作用和平衡率的原理及计算过程的基础上；通过对生产线平衡的研究，结合自身企业产品的特点，对现有生产进行改善，说明了现有工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的作用。 论文主要分为五章，其中第一章为绪论，主要介绍选题背景和写作意义、国内外研究现状及本论文的主要结构；第二章介绍了生产线平衡的理论概述；第三章阐述了XX企业的生产流水线的改进研究；第四章是全文的回顾，对企业生产线平衡研究的结论与展望。 关键词：生产线平衡，平衡率，在制品 ABSTRACT With the fast market economy changing and the development of the enterprises themselves, it is taken more attention by the enterprises and academes that in assembly line mode how to improve the overall efficiency of production lines, reducing in-process products, and the pursuit of simultaneous production. The balance of the production line is the targets and evaluation criterion to production-oriented enterprises and it determines to some extent the utilization of company equipment and to limit production capacity increase. This paper introduces the principles and calculation processes, then investigates the problems of the enterprises and improves efficiency after using the IE technologies, and gains a good effection.
