In this research road traffic security, inquired about the road traffic accident processing, seeks the corresponding countermeasure to improve and to enhance the traffic safety condition, establishes the human, the vehicle, the road, the environment and so on achieved the coordinated the theory frame, as well as can in the greatest degree reduce the road traffic accident quantity, reduces the personnel casualty and the economic loss, takes the measure for the government control section policy making to improve the road traffic security condition to provide the theory and the practice reference. The urban road traffic safety is relates the people life and property the major issue, arouses peoples widespread interest. Has the significant practical significance to the urban road traffic safety analysis as well as the discussion enhancement traffic accident management.
