精品 PAGE 精品 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 心血管药物研究进展 姓 名 所在学院 生物工程学院 专业班级 制药工程1班 学 号 指导教师 日 期 年6月3日 摘 要 心血管疾病（CVD）包括冠心病(CHD)、高血压和外周血管疾病(PVD)。心血管疾病是当今世界上主要的死亡原因之一，在人群的死亡率中也占有很大的比例。 心血管疾病带来了沉重的经济负担，并预期这一形势在未来的几十年内还将增长。尽管当代的治疗技术可挽救更多的生命，但是也有越来越多的人将进入心血管事件高发的年龄段。心血管疾病的一个主要致病因素是动脉粥样硬化。动脉粥样硬化的主要病理过程是：在动脉内壁上逐渐形成的脂肪沉积物（动脉粥样斑块），使得血管管腔狭窄，甚至是完全堵塞。 本论文主要是从心血管的历史、病因，心血管药物的种类和研究方向几个方面来论述心血管药物的研究进展，通过多种资料的收集、整理以及总结，说明心血管疾病的危害性并指导心血管病患者的用药方向。 关键词： 心血管疾病；冠心病；动脉粥样硬化 Abstract Cardiovascular disease (CVD) includes coronary heart disease (CHD), cerebrovascular diseases and peripheral vascular disease (PVD). Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death in the world today. It also holds a large proportion.in the crowd of mortality. Cardiovascular disease has brought heavy economic burden, and this situation will also increase for decades in the future. Although the current therapy techniques can save a lot of lives, more and more people are coming into the incidence of cardiovascular events. Cardiovascular disease is one of the main pathogenic factors of atherosclerosis. The main pathologic process of the artery atherosclerosis is that fat deposits (atheromatous plaque) were formed gradually in the artery, vascular luminal stenosis, even completely blocked. In this thesis, several aspects of cardiovascular research on the drugs were discussed from the history, causes, types of cardiovascular drugs and research directions. Through a variety of data collection, sorting and summing up, the dangers of cardiovascular disease were indicated to guide the direction of medication for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
