山东科技大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE ２ 摘要 招标文件是招标人向供应商或承包商发出的，旨在向其提供为编写投标文件所需的资料并向其通报招标投标将依据的规则和程序等项内容的书面文件。本次毕业设计为兖州幸福之家小区A5住宅楼招标文件，主要包括致投标人、投标须知、合同条款、招标控制价等四部分构成，通过对工程量的计算、工程造价的计算及招标文件的编写，熟悉工程造价的形成过程，掌握招投标方面的知识。 本工程招标控制价采用工程量清单计价模式，它是建设工程招投标中与定额计价相区别的一种计价方式，也是目前采用的主流方式，由分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、规费和税金、其他项目清单组成。由于工程量清单计价是自主确定工料机消耗量和自主确定工料机单价，使得其清单工程量与计价工程量相分离，使得其报价具有市场价格的本质特征。 关键词：招标文件；工程量清单计价；合同条款；招标控制价 Abstract The tender documents are issued by tender to suppliers or contractors designed to provide the information required for the preparation of tender documents and the written document of informed bidding in accordance with the rules and procedures etc..The graduation project for the home district of Yanzhou happiness A5 residential building tender documents, including that caused by the bidders, tender notes, the terms of the contract price of tender control composed of four parts of quantity survey, project cost calculations and tender documentspreparation are familiar with the formation process of the project cost, to master the knowledge of the bidding.
