浙江某中型民营企业装配流程改进 内容摘要 文章从浙江民营企业的现状着手，分析了浙江民营企业在全国的地位和特点，从装配线的概念和特点出发提出了在当前经济快速发展中浙江民营企业在装配线生产上存在的问题和不足，如：装配线不平衡、效率低、现场管理混乱等。并且运用工序同期化、调整装配作业指导、加强现场管理等方法对浙江某民营企业的装配线进行改进。最终达到使整个装配线趋于平衡、装配效率有效提高的目的。 关键词：效率、装配流程、改进、平衡 Abstract: The article began from the Zhejiang private enterprises present situation, to analyze the Zhejiang private enterprise in the national status and the characteristic, embarked from the assembly line concept and the characteristic proposed in the current economical fast development the Zhejiang private enterprise the question and the insufficiency which existed in the assembly
