PAGE PAGE 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 水泥瓦切割机设计 系 别 电子信息工程系 专 业 机械制造设计及其自动化 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师（签名） 完成时间 2013 年 5 月 PAGE III 摘要 水泥瓦切割机是专门用来切割水泥瓦的设备。云石机切割水泥瓦时会产生很多粉尘，对人体造成极大的危害。本设计依照云石机的工作原理来设计切割机的切割部分，在云石机的基础上还做了改进，在保留云石机方便切割的同时，还能通过相应的部件来克服粉尘对人体的危害。 本人通过查阅各类石材切割机的造型及工作原理，得出了大概造型，借助pro/E建模仿真、CAD绘图等软件，设计出了专门用来切割水泥瓦的设备水泥瓦切割机。该切割机是用三相异步电动机来提供动力，借助V带轮和V带的传动来使圆锯片旋转，再通过工作台的移动来实现水泥瓦的切割的。同时用水来克服切割过程中产生的多灰尘现象，在方便切割的同时也不会对人体产生伤害。 关键词：水泥瓦切割机； 云石机； 三相异步电机； 带轮传动； 圆锯片 The Design of Cement Tile Cutting Machine HYPERLINK /s?wd=abstract \t _blank Abstract Cement tile cutting machine is special equipment for cutting cement tile. The cutting machine is used in three-phase asynchronous motor to provide power, by means of transmission to make circular rotating V belt wheel and V band, then moves through the table to realize the cement tile cutting. At the same time, use water to overcome much dust phenomenon in the cutting process, the cutting conveniently also will not harm the human body.
