唐山市红旗铁矿40万吨新井设计 华北科技学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE X PAGE I 设计总说明 本设计包括两部分：一般部分和专题部分。 一般部分是河北红旗铁矿40万吨新井设计。全篇共有十一篇，依次是：总论，矿山地质，矿区水文地质，采矿，矿山机械，矿山供电，总图运输，环境保护，投资概算，存在问题及建议。 河北省红旗铁矿位于河北省唐山市境内，矿区走向长度约400m，矿体平均倾角为85°，矿区内有5条矿体可采，其中Fe3、Fe5为厚矿体，平均厚度10m；其他均为薄矿体，平均厚度为4.0m左右。本井田内可采储量为12.86748Mt。主要为磁铁矿，矿石平均品位26.29%。 该矿井设计年生产能力为40万吨，服务年限为37年。采用双立井单水平开拓。开采水平标高为-300m。开采顺序为自风井向主井倒退式回采。 矿井布置8个矿块，每个矿块的长度为50米。矿石运输全部采用井下10t矿用汽车。矿井风机工作方式为抽出式，矿井通风方式为侧翼对角式通风。 专题部分为Fe5矿体的爆破设计 关键词：可采储量 服务年限 立井开拓 开采水平 爆破 The Brief Introduction of the Design The design includes two parts: a general part and special part.
