非创伤性修复技术治疗老年龋齿的临床效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨非创伤性修复技术治疗老年龋齿的临床效果。方法 选取2015年11月27日～2017年3月22日我院收治的66例老年龋齿患者进行研究，根据不同的治疗方法，将其分为对照组、观察组，每组33例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予非创伤性修复技术。观察两组的临床效果、生活质量及患者满意度。结果 观察组治疗3、6个月的成功率分别为100.00%、96.97%，均高于对照组（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组的社会关系、物质生活、生理功能、心理状态评分分别为（84.11±3.09）、（86.05±2.97）、（85.09±3.11）、（80.69±2.77）分，均高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组的总满意率（96.97%）高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 非创伤性修复技术治疗老年龋齿的效果较佳。 　　[关键词]非创伤性修复技术；老年龋齿；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R781.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0104-03 　　Clinical effect of non-traumatic repair technology treating elderly dental caries 　　WU Li-jun 　　Department of Stomatology，Shanghai Shencheng Hospital，Shanghai 200136，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-traumatic repair technology treating elderly dental caries.Methods From November 27，2015 to March 22，2017，66 elderly patients with dental caries treated in our hospital were selected to study，and they were divided into the control group （n=33） and observation group （n=33） according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional treatment，while the observation group was given non-traumatic repair technology.he clinical effects，quality of life and the satisfaction degree of patients were observed in the two groups.Results The success rate in the observation group for 3 and 6 months treatment was 100.00% and 96.97% respectively，which were higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.After treatment，the score of social relation，material life，physiological function and mental status in the observation group was （84.11±3.09），（86.05±2.97），（85.09±3.11） points，and （80.69±2.77） points respectively，which were all higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group （96.97%） was higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of non-traumatic repair technology treating elderly dental caries is better. 　　[Key words]Non-traumatic repair technology；Elderly dental caries；Quality of life 　　在牙科疾病中，
