PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 微型企业融资活动研究毕业论文 摘 要：微型企业是我国经济发展的主要组成部分，是国民经济的主要支柱。在很多方面，微型企业发挥了重要的作用，其创造的生产价值占我国GDP的50%，完成的税收占我国总税收收入的一半，并且解决了我国75%的就业。在推进社会经济的整体繁荣，改善和支持民生，扩大就业，缩小贫富差距上做出了重要贡献。然而，由于多方面的问题，融资难成为了微型企业快速发展的瓶颈。比如，微型企业自身的缺陷，融资渠道单一，相关的法律法规不完善等问题。缓解微型企业融资难问题，大力发展微型企业对建设社会主义和谐社会具有重大的意义。因此，本文结合微型企业发展现状，分析微型企业存在的融资问题，提出相应的解决方案。在解决微型企业融资难问题上，需要社会多方的努力和合作。首先，企业需要提高自身实力，其次，大力发展中小型金融机构，最后，需要政府制定相关的法律法规。 关键词：微型企业 融资问题 原因分析 解决方案 Abstract：The micro-enterprise is a major component ofeconomic development and is the main pillar of the national economy in China. It plays an important role in many aspects,for example,its productivity values of 50% of Chinese GDP, and it contributes50% toChinese total tax revenue and solves the 75% employment.As a result,the micro-enterprise makes large contribution on advancing the social-economic prosperity, improving and supporting the peoples livelihood, creating more jobs.However,financingbecame one of the most difficult problems of the development of micro-enterprisedue to many issues.For instance,drawbacks of micro-enterprise,the single way of financing,imperfect laws.It is significantly important that building the social harmonious society can relieve micro-enterprise’s troubles.Therefore, according to this essay combining with the development of micro-enterprises and the financial problems of micro-enterprises, we can put forward the relevant solutions. It is important that the society should make an effort and cooperate in many ways. Firstly, the micro-enterprises should improve themselves. And then, we should enlarge financing channels. Finally, the government should issue relevant laws. Key words: micro-enterprise financial problems reasons analysis solution HYPERLINK \l _Toc7538 1 绪 论 HYPERLINK \l _Toc21281 1.1选题背景 改革开放以来，微型企业迅速发展。到目前为止，我国微型企业数量众多。由国务院发展研究中心、国家信息中心等单位对我国微型企业的经济发展现状进行深入的分析和调查显示，截至2012年底，我国约3000万个微型企业，涉及人员近3亿人。据粗略统计，微型企业创造的最终服务和产品的价值约占我国GDP的一半，完成的税收超过我国全部税收收入的50％，创造的就业岗位占我国城镇总数的75％以上。
