The results showed that fructose was the best carbon source, and the best nitrogen source was yeast powder; the mineral element which can accelerated the growth of the mycelium was potassium dihydrogen phosphate; the growth adjustment factor was indole-3-acetic acid; the optimum temperature was 28 －32℃; and the optimum pH was 4.0－5.0.
