传统村落精准保护和开发一体化模式创新研究 　　摘 要：全球化和城市化正使中国的传统特色村落面临着被边缘化、被消亡和被过度消费的严峻形势！如何实现对传统乡村文化有效的保护与合理开发，已经成为中国乡村推进新型城镇化的关键所在。对传统村落的规划设计进行整合、厘定和创新，必须从“体系性、差异性、唯一性和原创性”的多重视角出发并加以科学性的建设 ，并在充分尊重原住民、原文化、原空间、原生活、原习俗的基础之上，将乡村文化特色化和“原地点精神”化，从而推动乡村经济社会发展能够直接介入区域地域生产力结构体系。为达此目的，首创“精准保护”和“精准保护与开发一体化模式”的概念、方法和理论范畴，试图从理论与实践的双重视角来创造传统村落特色文化“精准保护”与开发的新模式，建构具有中国乡村“根柢文化”底色的文化永恒记忆。 　　关键词：新型城镇化；社会治理；传统村落；保护与开发；特色文化 　　Abstract：Traditional villages in China are faced with the possibility of being marginalized/being mainstreamed and being consumed in the age of globalization and urbanization！ How to protect and exploit cultural traits of traditional villages has become the key point to push “New-type urbanization” in rural areas. In order to achieve this， we have to make a customized plan to review the possibility of developing of cultural traits in villages in a more systematic/special and unique perspective. On the base of respecting original people/original culture/original space/original life and original tradition， we must find a way to specificity and localize cultural traits of rural areas， which will push the rural society and economy to become a part of regional productivity structure system. In order to achieve this， this paper has come up with the original concept/method/theoretical category- “accurate protection” and “integrated accurate protection and development mode”， which is an attempt to combine theoretic and practical solutions to find a proper way of creating a new mode of “accurate protection” and development of cultural traits in rural areas.
