实验教学示范中心大型设备共享平台建设探索和实践 　　摘 要：介绍了中山大学生物学实验教学示范中心从直接管理的中小型教学设备着手，利用现代化预约管理系统，通过建设使用公平公正的开放式本科实验教学共享平台示范效应，在逐步凝聚共识的基础上，将学院大部分大型科研设备纳入统一管理，实现学院绝大部分大型设备充分共享，并就实验教学示范中心如何推进大型设备共享平台建设及其管理模式等进行交流和探讨。 　　关键词：大型设备；共享平台；实验教学示范中心 　　Exploration and practice on sharing platform construction for large-scale instruments by experimental teaching demonstration center 　　Zhang Yishun， Feng shuang， Luo Jianwen， Wu Zhuohua， Song Shaoyun， Lin Bixin， Zhang Guoping 　　Sun Yat-sen university， Guangzhou， 510275， China 　　Abstract： This article introduced the experiences of large-scale instruments management and sharing platform construction by biology experimental teaching demonstration center of Sun Yat-sen university. Commenced with a direct management of small and medium-sized teaching equipment using modernized booking management system and through the construction of a fair use open shared platform for undergraduate students， the biology experimental teaching demonstration center had established its effective equipment management demonstration effect. Based on the gradually reached consensus in School of Life Sciences， most large scientific research instruments were incorporated into unified management and Shared fully. The experiences of equipment sharing platform construction and management， the realization of how to promote the experimental teaching demonstration center to become large-scale equipment sharing platform and our management mode and mechanism were communicate and discussed. 　　Key words： large equipment； sharing platform； experimental teaching demonstration center 　　大型仪器设备不仅是高校从事实验教学、科学研究的重要支撑，也是衡量高校实验条件和科研环境的重要标志[1]。近年来，随着国家“211工程”“985工程”等重点建设项目的实施，相关单位的大型设备无论在数量还是质量上，都产生了质的飞跃，对促进学科交叉融合、培养高素质人才及国内外高尖端人才引进等起到了至关重要的作用[2]。 　　但由于各单位“211工程”“985工程”等重点建设项目经费使用的形式不同，所购置设备的共享范围、共享程度、使用效益等存在较大差异。更为普遍的现象是各高校仪器设备重复购置、共享程度低、利用率不高、资源严重浪费等现象依然存在。 　　究其原因，我们认为问题主要来自以下几个方面：（1）共享主体缺少共享动机。高校大型仪器设备是国有资产，没有任何成本投资压力，大型设备拥有者也就没有社会服务和共享的欲望[5]。（2）本位主义。主要表现为于己方便、为我所有、为我所用、事不关己。在单位，谁掌握了资源，谁就拥有话语权和主动
