城市信息化和房地产周期波动关系研究 　　摘要： 房地产业作为二十一世纪一个充满挑战的领域，有着强烈的吸引力。但是房地产市场具有明显的周期波动，给投资决策埋下风险。文章收集了房地产周期波动指标和城市信息化水平指标相关数据，运用SPSS软件通过对房地产周期波动指标与城市信息化指标的相关性分析，揭示二者间的潜在关系，提出加强城市信息化建设将有助于房地产周期波动趋于稳定。 　　Abstract： The real estate industry has a strong appeal as a challenging area in the twenty-first century.
