外周血淋巴细胞亚群和乙型肝炎患者肝功能相关性研究 　　中图分类号：R512.6+2文献标识码： A文章编号： 1814-8824(2007)-7-0015-03? 　　 　　摘要:目的 探讨外周血淋巴细胞亚群与乙型肝炎患者肝功能相关性。方法 乙型肝炎患者根据Child-Pugh计分系统进行肝功能分级。分离患者及健康对照淋巴细胞，利用流式细胞分析仪测定CD4+、CD8+、CD25+以及CD28+淋巴细胞比例；收集血清，利用酶联免疫吸附法测定IFN-γ、IL-4以及IL-10水平。结果 淋巴细胞亚群分析显示乙型肝炎患者CD4+亚群显著低于正常对照（p＜0.05），CD8+亚群显著高于对照（p＜0.05），CD25+亚群轻微减少，CD28+亚群轻微升高，但与对照组相比差异不显著；酶联免疫吸附试验显示肝炎患者IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组，但与肝功能无关；血清IL-4水平随肝功能恶化而逐渐降低，肝功能B级和C级患者显著低于肝功能A级患者和正常对照；IL-10水平在各组间无显著性差异。结论 乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群出现显著变化，IL-4可能与乙型肝炎患者肝功能持续下降有关。? 　　关键词 淋巴细胞亚群 乙型肝炎 肝功能?? 　　Relationship Between Liver Dysfunction and Subpopulations of Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte in Patients with Hepatitis BAIM. Flow cytometry was used to detect lymphocyte subpopulations with CD4, CD8, CD25, or CD28 phenotype. Enzyme-linked immunoabsorption assay was used to detect the level of IFN-γ, IL-4, or IL-10 in serum.Results Compared to controls, CD4+ subpopulations decreased significantly (p＜0.05), CD8+ subpopulation increased significantly (p＜0.05), while CD25+ subpopulation or CD28 only had a slight change (p?0.05).
