HIV抗体阳性孕妇围手术期的观察和护理-妇产医学论文 HIV抗体阳性孕妇围手术期的观察和护理 梁丁英 广东省广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院，广东广州 511400 [摘要] 目的 研究围手术期强化护理措施对HIV抗体阳性孕妇心理状态的影响。方法 2011年1月—2012年8月该院收治HIV抗体阳性孕妇6例，均行剖宫产手术结束分娩，围手术期依据汉密尔顿抑郁量表制定强化护理措施，对比分析患者护理前后焦虑量表评分情况。结果 围手术期实施强化护理干预措施，患者紧张、焦虑、自卑、自责、言语减少明显缓解，手术前后对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 HIV抗体阳性并行剖宫产术孕妇围手术期行强化护理干预措施有积极作用，值得在临床上推广应用。 关键词 HIV；剖宫产；围手术期；护理 [中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-074２（２０１3）05（c）－０147-02 HIV Antibody Positive Perioperative Bbservation and Nursing of Pregnant Women LIANG Dingying Guangzhou panyu district He Xian memorial hospital in guangdong province，Guangzhou 511400，China [Abstract] Objective The nursing Strengthening measures to HIV antibody positive,observe effects of cesarean section maternal anxiety during operation period of peri operation period. Methods 8 cases of pregnant women of HIV antibody positive were found in our hospital in 2011 January to 2012 August，who were Underwent cesarean delivery operation.Peri operation period according to the Hamilton depression scale to develop intensive nursing measures，Comparative analysis of patient care and anxiety scale score. Results Strengthen the implementation of nursing intervention measures in peri operation period ，patients with tension, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and negative significantly reduce, There is significant difference before and after operation（p0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing intervention measures on HIV antibody positive parallel cesarean section has a positive effect of operation period of the pregnant women, It is in the clinical application. [Key words] HIV; Cesarean section; Peri operation period; Nursing 艾滋病是人类获得性免疫缺陷综合症，目前尚无彻底治愈艾滋病的方法。近几年艾滋病感染率迅速上升，感染HIV的孕妇也逐渐增加，并通过母婴垂直传播感染胎儿，给家庭和孕妇带来一定的心理压力。孕妇承受对疾病的恐惧和对胎儿是否被感染的担忧，同时承受来自家庭和社会的压力，不同程度有紧张、焦虑、自卑、情绪低落和消极等情绪[2]。为研究围手术期强化护理措施对HIV抗体阳性孕妇心理状态的影响，该院对2011年1月—2012年8月收治的6例HIV抗体阳性孕妇在围手术期前后实行强化护理干预措施，患者的情绪得到明显缓解，取得较好的护理效果。现将结果报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 该院对2 435例入院待产孕妇产前行艾滋病血
