摘要
随着时代的发展,社会科学也越来越先进,这预示着社会科学发展的又一个春天来临了。然而当今社会,对秘书这一从古至今都存在的工作来说,社会上频频出现的关于秘书性别差异引起的问题的讨论,这恰好是研究秘书发展的最具有时代意义和现实意义的话题。这将对未来职场中秘书这一职位的需求状况和培养、任用秘书人员有着非常深远的意义。两性与生俱来的差异会对秘书工作造成影响吗?如何才能避免两性差异对秘书工作的影响呢?本文分别从秘书性别的差异表现,男性与女性在秘书工作中各自的优势以及如何克服两性差异做好秘书工作等几个方面入手,结合我在江苏盛久装饰有限公司的实际工作体会,浅论秘书性别对处事方法的影响。

Abstract
Secretary first appeared in China in the late shells, visible secretary has a long history of our country. Human society have the leadership work, leaders and leadership group, also have the secretary work. Most of the secretarial career is by women, with the development and progress of the society, a male secretary professional people more and more, men and women in the cognition of things and there is a difference on the way. Does the gender difference influence secretaries’ performances at work? And how to avoid such negative effects arising from gender differences? in this paper, based on the research of the internship units, gender differences in way of doing things to try to talk about and analysis of secretarial work, how to eliminate the influence of gender differences of secretarial work, improve work efficiency, improve their ability.
