西南科技大学网络教育 毕业设计（论文） 题目名称： 永川区都江景观住宅楼建筑施工图设计 年 级： 层次： □本科 eq \o\ac(□,√)专科 学生学号： 指导教师： 学生姓名： 技术职称： 学生专业： 建筑工程技术 学习中心名称： 重庆学习中心 西南科技大学网络教育学院制 摘 要 本文主要介绍永川区都江景观住宅楼的设计，在设计中，认真贯彻了“适用，安全，经济，美观”的设计原则，进一步掌握了建筑设计全过程，基本方法和步骤。本设计主要为建筑设计，采用框架结构，建筑设计主要包括平面设计，立面设计，剖面设计。针对建筑设计和建筑方案设计展开，对住宅楼构造设计进行分析，并对基础、墙体、屋面防水、楼板层、楼梯、屋顶、门窗进行设计说明。在建筑方案设计时需注重整体与布局、功能的合理等分析，最后还从建筑外型设计和周边环境设计加以说明。本案还详细讲述了建筑构造，功能的划分，注重服务的对象。在设计的过程中我严格按照最新规范及有关规定进行设计。 关键词：住宅楼设计；框架结构；功能合理；建筑构造 ABSTRACT This article mainly introduced that west Qionglai the street experiment middle school classroom buildings design, in the design, implemented earnestly “has been suitable, safe, economy, artistic” the principle of design, has further grasped the architectural design entire process, essential method and step. This design is mainly the architectural design, uses the portal frame construction, the architectural design mainly includes the plane design, sets up the surface design, the section plane design. And constructs the project design in view of the architectural design to launch, carries on the analysis to the classroom building mechanical design, and to the foundation, the wall, the roofing waterproofing, the floor level, the staircase, the roof, the windows and doors carries on the design notes. When construction project design must pay great attention the whole and the layout, the function reasonable and so on analyses, finally also explained from the construction outlook design and the peripheral environment design, enables the classroom building to have the spatial variability, the connotation cultural property, the image artistry, environment leisurely and carefree. I strictly carries on the design in the design process according to newest standard and the concerned requirements.
