574例女性泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏的的结果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 了解我院女性泌尿生殖道疾病中解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的感染及常用药物的体外药敏状况，指导临床合理用药。方法 应用珠海银科试剂公司提供的支原体鉴定药敏试剂盒对574例女性泌尿生殖道拭子进行支原体检测及10种抗生素(美满霉素、强力霉素、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素、氧氟沙星、司帕沙星、罗红霉素、壮观霉素及环丙沙星)的药物敏感性分析。结果 原体检出阳性350例，阳性率61%，其中Uu阳性248例阳性率43?2%；Mh阳性10例，阳性率1?8%；Uu+Mh阳性92李，阳性率16?0%。10种抗生素药敏分析结果依次是：94?4%、96?8%、74?2%、91?9%、87?9%、29?0%、41?9%、20?2%、79?0%、及2?4%。结论 Uu、Mh对交沙霉素、强力霉素的敏感性较高。交沙霉素吸收快、安全、达峰时间短，可作为治疗Uu、Mh的首选经验用药。? 　　【关键词】 　　女性泌尿生殖道；支原体培养；药敏试验 　　?? 　　574 cases of female urogenital tract mycoplasma and drug sensitivity analysis 　　 　　YE Nong，MEI Jin?liang 　　? 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infection of female genitourinary tract with Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) at our hospital and the susceptibility of commonly used drugs in vitro conditions，in order to use drug rational in clinical?
