吉林化工学院学士学位毕业论文 PAGE Ⅱ 吉林化工学院学士学位毕业论文 Ⅰ 摘 要 注射用头孢菌素和盐酸头孢甲肟与黄芪注射液配伍的稳定性是临床用药研究的重要内容和热点问题。应用配制两种药物临床注射制剂，探讨临床前化学问题，一直是临床用药研究基础。配伍药物用5%葡萄糖注射液溶解或稀释，配伍后的药液在室温下放置，观察配伍液的外观变化，分别在0h、1h、2h、、4h、6h、8h测定配伍液的外观、pH值及含量变化；以稀释液作为空白试剂，采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中各有效成分的含量。结果显示：5%葡萄糖注射液与盐酸头孢甲肟配伍后外观颜色澄清无变化，黄芪注射液与盐酸头孢甲肟在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后呈淡黄色，有微量泡沫生成，含量无明显变化；获得了黄芪注射液与盐酸头孢甲肟可直接于5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍实验数据，奠定了黄芪注射液与盐酸头孢甲肟临床配伍用药的基础。 关键词：盐酸头孢甲肟 黄芪注射液 5%葡萄糖注射液 紫外分光光度法 稳定性 Abstract The compatibility and stability of Injectable cephalosporins and Cefmeno xime hydrochloride with astragalus is an important clinical drug research and hot topics. Clinical application of the preparation of the two drugs injected agents to explore the issue of pre-clinical chemistry, clinical medicine has been the basis for further study. Compatibility of drug with 5% glucose injection dissolved or diluted, Compatibility of the liquid after the place at room temperature to observe the changes in the appearance of fluid compatibility, at 0h, 1h, 2h,, 4h, 6h, 8h combined determination of the appearance of liquid, pH value and content of change; Diluent as a reagent blank using UV spectrophotometric determination of compatibility of the fluid content of the active ingredient. The results showed that: 5% glucose injection and hydrochloric acid after Cefmenoxime combined to clarify the appearance of no change in color, Huangqi Cefmenoxime and hydrochloric acid in 5% glucose after the combined injection was yellow, there are micro-bubbles generated content no significant change; Huangqi and hydrochloric acid Cefmenoxime was directly combined in 5% glucose injection in the experimental data, and has laid a Huangqi and hydrochloric acid Cefmenoxime the basis of clinical drug combination.
