From property management itself is concerned, it is an extremely complex quasi-public goods. In its development process, new situations and new problems are constantly emerging, some deep-rooted problems are gradually exposed, reflecting the contradictions become increasingly acute. Performance management is a property management company to achieve organizational strategic goals, develop an important means for the core competitiveness and is an important part of enterprise management, but also enhance the property management industry as a whole a strong service level guarantees, but our performance management thinking is still relatively backward. Kai Tai Property Management Co., Ltd. is an affiliated Changchun supply companies, with institutions, corporate governance, characterized by service-oriented enterprises. I passed this propertys survey found that the company in 2007 after the reform, due to lack of performance management system has constrained the development of enterprises, the owners satisfaction is not high, poor staff motivation, staff turnover seriously. In this paper, the public nature of performance management point of view, the proposed performance management from the industry characteristics, requirements and the status quo start with analysis of the current industry, the public nature of the performance management process in the absence of problems, and then optimize the business performance management put forward several suggestions, and property management the healthy development of the proposed countermeasures.
