2010―2012年永康市某中学在校中学生结核菌素试验的的结果分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.4.74 　　摘 要 目的：了解某中学在校学生结核杆菌感染情况，分析学生肺结核疫情，为学校结核病防控工作提供依据。方法：对某中学1272名在校学生开展PPD试验，采用统一的疫苗和接种方法，并按照有关标准进行阳性判断。结果：1272名学生进行PPD试验后，PPD试验阳性学生数498人（39.15%）；PPD试验强阳性学生数135人（10.61%），试验强阳性者占阳性者的21.11%。135人PPD试验强阳性学生拍胸片，发现确诊肺结核学生2人。结论：PPD试验是一种简单易行的监测结核感染的方法，根据试验结果采取不同防治措施，可有效预防和控制结核病在学校的传播和流行。 　　关键词 在校中学生 结核菌素试验 结果分析 　　Results of tuberculin test of a middle school student in Yongkang City from 2010 to 2012 　　Lv Chengbin 　　Tang Xian Zhen Hospital of Yongkang City，Zhejiang Province，321300 　　Abstract Objective：To understand the infection situation of a middle school student of Mycobacterium tuberculosis，and to analyze the tuberculosis epidemic situation of the students，and to provide the basis for the school of tuberculosis prevention.Methods：We conducted PPD tests on 1272 students of a middle school from 2010 to 2012 using unified vaccines and vaccination method，and performed positive judgment in accordance with the relevant standards.Results：In the 1272 students with PPD test，the number of students with positive PPD test was 498 cases（39.15%）.The number of students with strong positive PPD test was 135 cases（10.61%）.The number of students with strong positive accounted for 21.11% of the number of students with positive PPD test.135 students with strong positive PPD test were chested by X-ray film，and 2 students were diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion：The PPD test is a simple and easy method for monitoring tuberculosis infection.Taking different measures according to the test results can effectively prevent and control the spread and prevalence of tuberculosis in schools. 　　Key words From 2010 to 2012；Middle school students；Tuberculin test；Analysis of the results 　　在相当长一段时间内结核病在全世界都得到了有效的控制，但最近几年其发病率又有了较为明显的提升，引起了全世界的关注[1]。结核病是一种传染病，一般为慢性病程，对人们的身体健康有着严重的影响，由于其较强的传染性使得对结核病的防治显得尤为重要。学生人群一般比较集中，一旦有结核病的感染容易发生严重的传染性事故，严重危害学生们的健康安全，他们有结核菌感染与发病的潜在性威胁[2]。在近几年，许多地方和学校都有着结核病集中爆发的报道，使得对学生群体开展结核病预防控制工作
