2010―2012年重庆市黔江区托幼机构儿童体检的的结果分析 　　摘要：目的：了解我院管辖范围内的城镇幼儿园集体儿童健康状况和体检发育变化趋势，以采取有效的措施指导托幼机构保健工作。方法：对黔江区20所幼儿园2010―2012年每年一次的在园儿童常规体检记录进行分析。结果：辖区内集体儿童身高、体重达标率上升；呼吸道感染检出率呈下降趋势；缺铁性贫血的检出率、乳牙龋患率呈上升趋势。结论：集体儿童生长发育符合自然生长规律，应加强托幼机构卫生保健工作的监督和指导，做好膳食营养的质量监控，减少常见病的发生。 　　关键词：健康体检 体格发育 集体儿童 　　Doi：10.3969/j.issn.1671-8801.2014.02.512 　　Analysis of children physical examination results in Chongqing Qianjiang District in recent 3 years 　　Xu Nina 　　Abstract：Objective： To understand the health status and body development trends of urban and township children within the jurisdiction of Qianjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital，and to take effective measures to guide work of this field.Methods：Through the children physical examination records each year between 2010～2012 in Qianjiang District and make descriptive and statistical analysis.Result： The height and weight index of group child have been increasing； the body respiratory infections detection rate has been decreasing； the iron deficiency anemia detection rate and the deciduous teeth caries incidence have been ascended.Conclusion： The growth and body development trends of group children are in line with the natural laws.We should strengthen the supervision and guidance of the institution behaviors and pay more attention to the dietary nutritional quality monitoring，with the purpose to reduce the incidences of common diseases. 　　Keywords：Physical examination Body development Group children 　　【中图分类号】R-1 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1671-8801（2014）02-0345-01 　　儿童的生长发育状况在一定程度上反映出一个国家或地区的经济发展和社会文明程度。为了解我院管辖范围内的城镇幼儿园集体儿童健康状况和体格发育的动态变化趋势，以及时发现存在问题，为托幼机构保健管理提供科学依据，提高儿童健康水平，对黔江区20所幼儿园2010―2012年集体儿童体检结果进行了统计分析。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 资料来源。资料来源于2010-2012年我院管辖范围内的20所幼儿园每年一次的在园儿童常规健康体检纪录，体检内容包括身高、体重、血色素、龋齿等。总共收集10133份儿童体检记录表。 　　1.2 方法。所有体检项目均由我院儿童保健科和检验科医师完成。在每年“六一”前后对管辖范围内的在园儿童进行健康体检。专人测量儿童体重、身高，体重测量时被测儿童只穿单衣裤，身高测量时被测儿童脱去鞋帽；血色素测定为采无名指末梢血，采用新康医疗器械有限公司生产的XK-2血红蛋白仪测定。 　　1.3 诊断标准。身高、体重的评价采用WHO推荐的儿童儿童身高、体重参考值及评价标准（2006版）；血红蛋白低于110g/L为贫血[1]，根据外周血红蛋白含量，轻度贫血：
