PAGE PAGE 18 辽宁省高等教育自学考试 公司管理 专业(本科段) 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 设计题目: 千喜鹤集团人才流失问题研究 摘要 改革开放以后，许多民营企业如雨后春笋一样迅速发展起来，这导致了一些方面的人才供不应求，也导致了一些企业员工频繁跳槽。而千喜鹤集团在民营 HYPERLINK /company/ 企业中独树一帜，是推动我国 HYPERLINK /Economic/ 经济 HYPERLINK /fazhan/ 发展的一支重要生力军。作为市场经济中普遍存在的经营形式及其重要组成部分，定会有随着市场经济发展而日益发达的趋势。这种发展趋势的原因在于制度、规矩。这些刚性游戏规则固然重要，但有时候，血缘、亲情这些非制度的文化因素在相互沟通、取得共识等方面，会产生正式制度所不能产生的独特作用，如亲情凝聚、全情投入、机制灵活、家长制领导、低耗成本等都是民营企业的优势所在。然而，在经济全球化的浪潮中，容易形成企业实际管理素质与现代管理者角色需求的矛盾，企业治理结构与现代市场经济运行的矛盾。企业要在坚持现代公司法人治理结构的前提下，结合企业实际发展情况，建立现代规范化的公司法人治理结构。所以，为了解决企业目前所面临的问题，获得更大的发展，寻求提升自身的管理的任务迫在眉睫。因此形成了怎样培育人，使得人成为一种资本，使得人力资本能够很好的发挥作用，积极采取有效措施应对人才大量流失的严峻形势。 本文在系统研究企业行业管理实践和存在的问题的基础上，运用定性分析法对千喜鹤集团管理进行了具体研究。这些问题的解决才能够使企业摆脱尴尬的局面，在没有硝烟的人才争夺战中取得最后的胜利。本文从千喜鹤集团人才流失现状的分析入手，通过对千喜鹤集团人才流失的原因分析，着重对薪酬福利、工作环境和发展空间的分析介绍，说明了如何留住企业员工和吸引人才，如何预防人才流失及其应采取的预防措施，提出相应的建议。 关键词：民营企业 人才流失 Abstract After the reform and opening up, as many private enterprises have mushroomed rapid development, this led to some aspects of talent shortage, also caused some enterprise employees frequent job-hopping.
