内科护理学考试成绩不及格原因的分析研究 摘要： 目的：探索分析内科护理学考试成绩不及格的原因，为制定针对性地提高教学质量措施提供切实可靠的依据。方法： 以半结构式的深入会谈法对12名学生，2名任课教师进行访谈，对访谈资料采用誊写、编码、分类、提炼进行分析，提炼出主题。结果：内科护理学考试成绩不及格原因有：学习方法不恰当，思想不重视、重心转移，学习时间分配不合理、语言障碍、忽视课堂反应、考试内容与学习内容不相符。结论：护理学生存在学习主动性差、不注重课堂效率、时间分配不合理等问题，提示教学管理应加强课堂教学管理、培养学生自主学习能力、逐步完善考试制度。 关键词：内科护理学，不及格，原因 Abstract: Objective:To analyse of the cause of the failed in the exam of medical nursing, to provide a practical and reliable basis to develop specific measures to improve the teaching quality. Methods: Use the method of semi-structured in-depth talks about 12 students and two teachers to interview, the interview data extracted with copying, coding, classification, analysis, extracting the theme. Results: The reasons of failing in the exam of medical nursing are：disappropriate learning method, lack of value in thought, learning time distribution is not reasonable, the barrier in the language, neglecting the classroom reaction, inconformityt between exam content and learning content. Conclusion: The nursing students learning initiative is poor, does not pay attention to the classroom efficiency, the time distribution is not reasonable, prompting the teaching management of classroom teaching should be strengthened, cultivate students autonomous learning ability, and gradually improve the system of examination.
