东华大学硕士学位论文摘要 东华大学硕士学位论文 摘要 II II 温滤料耐氧化、水解的检测标准将更有效评估滤料的寿命，对滤 料行业的发展做出贡献。 关键词：测试系统 PPS 氧化 电镜照片 气体实验法 PAGE PAGE IV STUDY ON INSTRUMENT AND TEST METHOD FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDIZATION AND HYDROLYZATION RESISTANCE OF FUME FILTERS ABSTRACT This study improved the original test system called FY1601 test system，and make it able to form multiple oxygen concentration gradient conditions. The test system can test the filter resistance to oxidation and hydrolysis by simulating filter’s work environment. Also the draft filter material high temperature oxidation and hydrolysis performance test method was drafted. The improvement includs install glass rotor flowmeter ，vacuum pump，air compressor and so on． The gas experiment chose PPS filter samples as experimental subjects． Experiments show that filter samples all tend to dark color and break off with a clear fracture with the increase of time temperature and oxygen concentration． Breaking strength increased in the early stage， then decreased as time went by or temperature and oxygen conc entration rised．The elongation at break is always depressed. SEM photos shows that high temperature and high concentration of oxygen environment has damaged to the fiber’s structure．Soak test chose PPS，P84，Nomex filtre samples as experimental subjects．Soak test shows that PPS filter has a prefect acid-alkali corrosion resistance．P84 filter material has good resistance to acid,，alkali resistance is poor. Nomex fiber filter materials has poor resistance to acid，alkali resistance is better． The results showed that the developed instrument can effectively simulate the oxidation and hydrolysis reaction conditions to accelerate the filter , the test method has a certain practicality drafting．But the hydrolysis experiments the is not so effective，it also needs to be further explored．Compared to gas experiment，soak test is not suitable for classification of filter material detection．The filter material high temperature
