Solenoid valve can be also used in the engine purge system to open or close the purged gas to realize the blowing and isolation for on the engine system. In this paper, a model 2/2-way high-pressure flow solenoid valve was chosen as an object of study, major study on the key technology of electromagnet。According to request for solenoid valve the qualification about electromagnet was confirmed. Traditional design steps were used in preliminary design and calculations of the electromagnet. In consideration of the request that miniaturization on solenoid valve in aerospace, the optimal mathematical model about the solenoid electromagnet volume was established, and optimal design of the electromagnet magnetic structure size was completed by the grid search method. By Ansoft Maxwell, a finite element analysis on the magnetic field of the electromagnet optimized was completed, two-dimensional rotational symmetry model was established, through the simulation calculation in static magnetic field, result of preliminary electromagnet-attraction calculation was checked. Parametric modeling was used to analyze the relation between the electromagnet attraction and voltage, air gap variation, obtained. The curves of electromagnet attraction variation, current variation, displacement variation in actuation were obtained.
